2. Eligibility & Accredited Investor Status
The investment opportunities presented on this platform are intended solely for "Accredited Investors" as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933.
Accredited Investor Criteria Includes:
- Individual income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years (or $300,000 joint income).
- Individual net worth exceeding $1,000,000, excluding primary residence.
- Entity with assets exceeding $5,000,000 not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the securities offered.
